Brunch, breakfast & dinner in central Copenhagen
The Union Kitchen City is at Store Strandstræde 21 – a minute from Nyhavn and Kongens Nytorv Metro. We open at 07:30 on weekdays and 08:00 at weekends with coffee and breakfast, serve brunch and lunch all day, and in the evening it’s sharing plates, wine and cocktails – until midnight Thursday to Saturday.
Brunch near Nyhavn
Our brunch is a Copenhagen classic. Go for the breakfast plate with scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, potato rösti, yogurt with granola and a homemade cinnamon roll – or choose eggs benedict, eggs royale, chicken and waffles, a breakfast burrito or waffles with mascarpone cream and berries.
Lunch in the city centre
For lunch there’s a cheeseburger with truffle fries, hot honey fried chicken burger, Korean popcorn chicken, falafel salad and tenderloin steak & fries. Monday to Thursday we serve a late lunch from 15:00 to 17:00.
Dinner in Copenhagen K
In the evening it’s all about dishes to share – like burrata with crispy chili oil, fried mozzarella with nduja, pork & shrimp dumplings and charred cabbage with brown butter and hazelnut. Perfect before the theatre, after a stroll along Nyhavn or for a full night out with friends.
Wine, cocktails & happy hour
Happy hour from 15:00 to 17:00. The bar is open until 23:00 Sunday to Wednesday and until midnight Thursday to Saturday.
Christmas parties & private events in the city centre

Brunch and breakfast are served from 07:30 on weekdays and from 08:00 on Saturdays and Sundays.
